Refunds & Returns
Please read through the contents of this page carefully and be sure you understand our policies clearly before completing your purchase.
1. Can I return my product?
Because of our clearance and BOGO blowout sale, we only offer returns for store credit. We accept returns within 7 days of the receipt for non clearance items for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase and you have not initiated a return with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you returns. Terms and conditions applied. Customer will cover the cost of returning postage.
2. What is the return process?
- To initiate a refund, email us at email@example.com with your order number and item you would like to return.
- Place the item you would like to return in its original packaging.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Once we receive your return product, we will process your refund as long as it meets our return conditions.
- Please allow up to 7 days to process returns.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be in their unused condition. We will not accept used items, warn, damaged, washed or altered.
- We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.
- We do not accept returns or exchange on items that are on clearance and final sale. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
4. What is the return address?
If you wish to return products to our nearest return address, please submit a return ticket to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours to initiate your return ticket.
