REFUNDS & RETURNS
1. Can I return my product?
Yes, of course! If for any reasons you are not happy about your order, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase and you have not initiated a return with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you returns.
Once your return is processed, we will grant you a store credit (value equal to your purchase excluding shipping costs). The credit does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. What is the return process?
To initiate a refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
We do not accept returns without first contacting us for a return ticket. Please do not send in your items without a return ticket.
3. Return Conditions
Items must be in their unused condition. We will not accept used items, warn, damaged, washed or altered.
We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.
We do not accept returns or exchange on items that are final sale. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NONRETURNABLE.

Does Vege Label charge tax?
We only charge tax on our products if you're ordering from California. No tax applied to other states within the USA. For international orders, keep in mind that you are responsible for any import tax or customs charge for international orders where you are receiving the product.
Where are the products shipped from? Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
Correct Address Information We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that all the information you enter into your shipping placement is correct, especially your address and your email. We are not responsible for mistakes made on your part. We are also not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they are delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages Vege Label is not responsible for any lost, stolen, held, or undelivered packages. Once the package is forwarded to the shipping company, delivery is out of our control. Furthermore, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by customer.
